Female service is one of the most traditional fields of social work.Based on this,women's social work,feminist social work and family social work derive from the social work categories that focus on women but have different emphases.Women's social work is the most traditional,with women as the main service targets,with anti-poverty and material support as the mainstay;feminist social work starts from the female's standpoint and perspective,emphasizing empowerment and actions;and family social work emphasizes individual issues that caused by family structure,focusing on individual and family system interaction.The three characteristics are the material support,the protest action and the system balance respectively.The deficiencies are the low level assistance,the radical and the destructive,the neglect personality respectively.To sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the three,this article attempts to use the author's "double first" female friends,that is,the first marriage,early birth.As the research object,taking group dynamics theory,social learning theory and Ellis' s theory of emotional ABC as the theoretical basis,taking the social work of feminism as a theoretical basis,using the group social work methods,combined with in-depth case interviews,to focus on female emotional problems And explore how to help "double first" female effectively manage their emotions and improve their ability for better living conditions.
