Group Work Practice Research On Improving Seamen's Emotion Management Ability

Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology and economy,people are under great pressure of life and work,especially seafarers,a special professional group.With the change of values of the times,the recognition of seafarers in the society is reduced;without family and friends in the sea for a long time,the separation of ship and shore leads to the lack of communication with the outside world and derailment with the land;in addition,the environment of the ship The particularity,the ship noise day and night,the duty alternate cycle,the work and rest irregular,easy to cause emotional fluctuations.In particular,the higher the position of management seafarers,the greater the corresponding responsibilities and obligations they need to bear,and the backlog of emotions in their hearts can not be effectively released,which is easy to cause depression,fidgety,anxiety and other emotional problems,and even more serious will produce some crisis behaviors.Managers with special roles need to take good responsibility for both the top and the bottom.They can not affect their daily work and life due to their poor emotional regulation,or even affect ordinary seafarers.Therefore,it is more and more important to improve the emotional management ability of management level seafarers.In this context,the author collected and integrated the relevant literature,through research,observation and visit,and other ways to deeply understand the management level Seamen's emotional management status,and made a feasible analysis on the application of ABC theory to the improvement of management level Seamen's emotional management ability;on this basis,using group work methods,first selected ten management level seas Members set up a supportive group to design and implement Six group activities around the three abilities of emotion perception,emotion expression and emotion regulation.Finally,according to the monitoring and evaluation of the whole activity process and results,the practice is reflected and summarized from the two aspects of practice and theoretical application of group activities.Under the guidance of ABC theory,using group work method to create a good learning environment and group activity atmosphere for management level seafarers,this study takes management level seafarers of Z Company in D City as the object,and conveys the knowledge of emotional management to the team members vividly.The activities are targeted and effective,which are of great help to management seafarers to improve their emotional management ability and enrich their social support network.In the process of group interaction,they can effectively alleviate the bad emotions of the team members,master the skills of replacing"unreasonable beliefs" with "reasonable beliefs",and master the methods of emotional regulation.At the same time,in practice,the organic combination of ABC theory and group activities is constantly discussed and studied in order to provide some experience for the practical operation of group work methods and enrich the research in the field of maritime social work.In the specific process of activities,there are also some obstacles and problems,which need the author to reflect.There are many reasons for the emotional problems of management seafarers.While emphasizing that individuals should exert their subjective initiative,they should also pay attention to the impact of the surrounding environment and the construction of social support network.Due to the limitation of resources and time,there are some deficiencies in this study,but the author hopes that through this practice,the management level seafarers can be effectively helped,and how to make the management level seafarers more healthy in body and mind during the voyage,and how to adapt to the land environment as soon as possible after landing,also needs the further thinking and research of the majority of scholars.
