In morden society,globlization becomes more and more common.And thus English,with the correspondance,becomes more and more important.Therefore,there comes with lots of English trainning schools in the market.Facing with the intensive competition,how to be stand-out among its competitors and achieve its development means a lot to an English trainning school.The quality of the schools' service will affect customer ' s satisfaction directly.And their satisfactary may directly influence the training school' s competitiveness.Therefore,how to improve employee' s techniques as well as their satisfactary in the company plays a vital role in the company.And that' s why performance management,as a very important part of human resources mangement,become significant in a company's development.This paper mainly devide into five parts.The first part is introduction.This part may introduce the research background and significance of this paper.It also describes the current research situation,the study method and creativeness as well as shortcomings of this paper.The second part analyzes the current situation of T company's performance management.The author investigated T company' s performance management from all aspects and comes up with its current performance mangagement problems and analyzes the reasons lead to the problems.In the third part,the author propose improved performance managements according with the company's current problems.The forth part of this paper demonstrates the supporting measures of the company for the improving managements.And the last part comes up with a concluding and expectations of the paper.The paper designs a correspongding improvements from all aspects of performance management.Thus this paper can improve T company's performance management effectively,and can provide a valueable reference to other companys.
