| Normal university students who want to grow up to be qualified teachers,must owe the basic quality of teachers’,especially their professional morality accomplishment.Facing the penetration of the Western ideology and the challenge from the utilitarianism to the teachers’ professional ethics literacy cultivation under the background of the globalization,and the indifference to the original normal education because of the transformation from normal universities to comprehensive universities,together with the diversification of students in career choice in the new period and the lack of self education,professional ethics literacy cultivation of normal students in Dali University exist some problems,such as the over broad cultivation standard in talents training,the unreasonable curriculum,the necessity of the improvement of teachers’ professional ethics and the poor normal environment.It ’s of great significance to strengthen the students’ professional ethics literacy cultivation to cultivate students and improve their professional quality and promote the development of teacher education.This paper is based on the reform tendency,the transformation from normal education to teacher education,expounds the importance of teachers’ professional ethics,and introduced the necessity of the cultivation of teachers’ professional morality accomplishment for normal students.Then,according to the analysis of the current situation of the professional ethics accomplishment and the education of normal students in Dali University,it affirms the advantages and gives the reasons for the cultivation of normal students’ professional moral accomplishment according to their existing problems.According to Chinese traditional ideology of cultivation and education to people to the guidance of teachers professional ethics literacy cultivation,it puts countermeasure under the guidance of scientific principles to strengthen the normal students’ professional moral accomplishment in Dali University.What’s more,gives some advice to change the present situation of the lack of the knowledge of teachers’ professional morality accomplishment,the frailness of teachers’ professional aspiration,the lack of teachers’ professional honor during the reform process of comprehensive university for Dali University. |
