The Study On Teachers’ Professional Ethics Cultivation Of Normal Students

Education is the job to cultivate talents,it is related to the personal growth and the future of a country.Teachers are the hope of education.Whether a teacher can become satisfied with the Party and the people,devote himself to the cause of education,get his own development,and become respected by their students,that are based on the professional ethics.Teachers’ professional ethics is the core quality for teachers.Normal students will be real teachers.They must have good professional ethics.It is important to cultivate teachers’ professional ethics of normal students for university and society.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Part one is the introduction that explains the research background,status,methods and innovation.Part two is about the professional ethics.Firstly,explain the concept of morality,professional ethics,normal students and teachers’ professional ethics cultivation of normal students,then clarify the four major characteristics of the teachers’ professional ethics.The cultivation help to adhere the correct political direction for the education of teachers’ morality,to set up the professional ideals,to straighten out the professional attitude and cultivate the good teachers of the Party and the people.Part three is the investigation and explanation of the cultivation situation.On one hand,the current professional ethics cultivation is good condition,most of them knew the teachers’ professional ethics cognition,they generally agree on the importance.On the other hand,the current morality cultivation form is simple,some teachers’ professional ethics is bad,some normal students are utilitarian,their practice ability need to be improved.The reasons are that the value orientation of normal students,the ideal of cultivating teachers ethics,some teachers’ bad behaviors and the moral quality of normal students is not good.Part four is about the teachers’ professional ethics cultivation of normal university students.First of all,the main cultivation contents are forming teachers’ professional cognition,studying professional knowledge,establishing a sincere sense of professional honor for teachers.Then,the cultivation strategy should start from the following aspects:Society should strengthen socialist ideological and moral construction,carry out moral practice.University should improve the effectiveness in education direction,education system,cultivation method and construction.Normal students should improve cognitive ability,develop self-motivation ability,strengthen their self-control ability and practice teachers’ morality in study and daily life.
