| Students’ health problems has been the topic of social concern.the department of education in 2002 colleges and universities sports curriculum construction and teaching reform are summarized,formulate relevant national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum guiding outline,and implemented in all regular institutions of higher learning in the country.This not only provided the foundation for practical for college PE teaching,also for yoga and other kinds of characteristic sports into colleges and universities sports teaching provides a good opportunity,at the same time,enrich the today’s colleges and universities sports teaching mode,improve the interest of students in physical training,enhance the college students’physical quality.This study applies different exercise prescription teaching model lijiang college of guangxi normal university male body elective class for yoga teaching practice research.USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,approaches to study subjects were tested before and after practicing yoga class,to reduce fat yoga exercise prescription,add muscle yoga exercise prescription,flexible yoga exercise prescription for different body shape index of the subjects,the influence of the power quality indicators,flexibility quality indexes between.Results show that the yoga exercise prescription implementation to enhance participants’ indexes of body shape,flexibility quality,power quality test was better than control group,and most of the experimental group index effect have significant difference,suggests that exercise prescription teaching model has positive influence to the participants.Different yoga exercise prescription teaching model can effectively improve the subjects’ body composition,body fat ratio,waist hip ratio,body surrounded degree index;Exercise prescription teaching model can be adjusted according to the different physical condition of students and improve the coordinated development of the whole machine,visible,exercise prescription teaching model regular yoga practice effect is more apparent than in the controls,on college students’ physical health has a positive role in promoting.Therefore,exercise prescription teaching model can better adapt to the different physical condition of students to practice yoga,and can effectively make the subjects to lose fat and increase muscle,improve the effect of flexible;Reduced fat type yoga exercise prescription in different flow yoga asana choreography,using vinyasa asana and chateranga string and the individual motion of prescription combination cross-training,increase the strength of the participants practice and energy metabolism,achieve the effect of the body than fat burning.Subjects BMI,waist hip ratio,hiplines and thighs,push-ups,grip strength,and standing long jump was very significant difference,visible reduced fat than regular yoga practice yoga exercise prescription fat reducing effect is more apparent.But reduced fat yoga is aerobic exercise more,for some small muscles fat reducing effect is poorer,therefore,the prescription can appropriate increase some small muscle group resistance training in a prescription;Add muscle type yoga exercise prescription through different choreography,tonga position into different yoga routines,vinyasa asana series and jumps is given priority to,make weaved asana is coherence and order,increasing the subjects to increase participants’ physical quality,strength,quality,muscle dimension and the explosive force,better help participants increase the dimension and the stability of the muscle.Subjects BMI,waist hip ratio,hiplines and thighs,push-ups,grip,standing long jump and have significant difference.Visible,add muscle type yoga exercise prescription is more significant than regular yoga practice effect.But add muscle yoga exercise prescription is anaerobic exercise more,for some small muscle groups gain effect is poorer,lead to the upper arm and leg fat reducing effect is relatively poor,therefore,the prescription can appropriate increase of small muscle groups can use in training and resistance postures of prescription;Flexible yoga through different Yin yoga asana arranged into different tensile action,by static stretching and active stretching poses enhance the flexibility of the shoulder and hip subjects,the extension of the length of the skeletal muscles and ligaments,to improve the subjects’ physical activity,stimulate joint flexibility and range of motion.Subjects spin shoulder experiment,stomach back stretch,positioning devices for flexion in succession,crook proneness,there are significant differences.Visible,flexible yoga exercise prescription is more significant than regular yoga practice effect.But flexible yoga exercise prescription for static exercises,more subjects in the process of practicing hard long time keep single postures,the subjects are hard to keep stable inner state practice,therefore,lead to an easy open hip to finish effect is relatively poor.As a result,the prescription can appropriate increase individual dynamic hip stretching technique applying in practice.Implement through the yoga of different prescription so as to improve the subjects’ physical indicators,promote physical health,increase students’ interest in yoga and interests,as well as better integrated into the physical education teaching in university teaching yoga provides a good
