| In recent years,with many experts and scholars in our country the teacher together such as course reform,gradually valued up exercise prescription teaching mode,its advantage lies in the teachers through the study of the physical health of students test can timely and accurate understanding of each student’s original sports skill level and the actual condition,based on this can work out the exercise prescription for each student,this process can not only improve the teachers of physical education curriculum teaching effect,and can make students participate in extracurricular physical exercise in the class have according to the can depend on,to improve the physical quality of college students in our university has extraordinary significance.This study selected the Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational Technical College,the institute of electronics and automation and software college freshman freshmen with big data,randomly selected from boy to 50 people,50 people,again according to the random grouping,the average male and female can be divided into two classes,as the experimental class and that in comparative classes,with experimental design of single factor subjects,the two class experiment respectively before and after the experiment way of comparison and contrast between groups within the group experiment,two of them were also in a semester class,namely 15 weeks,a total of 30 hours of physical education curriculum,at the same time,their different patterns of sports teaching mode.Through a semester of experiments,comparative analysis of the final experimental results.The results showed:1.After 15 weeks of exercise prescription teaching,the three groups of students in the experimental class had no significant difference in the body shape and body function indexes between the students in the muscle strengthening group and the students in the control class;in the body quality indexes,except for the male students’ sitting position and forward bending,they all had significant improvement compared with the control class.In the body shape index,the weight of the students in the fat reducing group was significantly lower than that in the control class;the body function index was somewhat higher than that in the control class;in the body quality index,except for the male and female students’ sitting position and forward flexion,they were significantly higher than that in the control class.There was no significant difference between the students in the group of improving cardiopulmonary function and the students in the control class in the body shape index;the lung capacity of the body function index was significantly improved compared with the students in the control class.In the body quality index,except for the male students’ sitting forward flexion,they were significantly improved compared with the students in the control class,and the performance of the male students in the 1000 meter run and the female students in the 800 meter run was significantly improved.2.In the teaching mode of sports prescription,only one body weight index was compared with that before the experiment,and the height had less influence than other indexes of body shape,indicating that the effect of fat reducing sports prescription was obvious.The teaching of exercise prescription has a great influence on the other two aspects of college students,which is mainly reflected in the significant improvement of cardiopulmonary function,speed,endurance,strength and other qualities,indicating that the effect of improving cardiopulmonary function exercise prescription and reducing fat exercise prescription is very obvious.3.By comparing the implementation of exercise prescription intervention with the implementation of traditional teaching mode,this experiment observed and verified the practical application of exercise prescription intervention teaching in physical education,providing practical experimental reference for the further reform of higher vocational physical education curriculum and the scientific development of physical exercise. |
