In 1999,in "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promote quality education decision",formally proposed "to build a new foundation education course system,for national curriculum,local curriculum and school curriculum",namely the three-level curriculum and three-level management.In order to meet the needs of teachers and students,make up for the defect of single national curriculum content,the school has developed a series of school-based curriculum.School-based curriculum development should root in school,highlight the school characteristics,reasonable use of school resources,develop innovative curriculum.Traditional music with its unique artistic charm to this,quietly with the transmission of traditional culture.However,in the western music culture,under the strong impact of the natural inheritance of traditional music culture by the huge impact.The author thinks that,to the traditional music culture into the modern teaching,on the one hand is advantageous to the students from contact with the Chinese traditional music culture,on the other hand also gives traditional music culture inheritance."PanGu" referred to in this article is the most representative of traditional culture in the henan region instruments,by henan region and the national people's love.Will PanGu music introduction of music as a representative of the traditional music culture of school-based curriculum,can not only enrich the teaching resources but also have the effect of inheritance,the two promote each other,complement each other.The author of zhengzhou songshan empirical research,the development of school-based curriculum in elementary school PanGu mainly from two aspects of theory and practice.In theory,to the development of school-based curriculum in music,the essay discusses the foundation of the philosophy,psychology and music curriculum resources.Practice through interviews,observation and other research methods on the development of school-based curriculum in elementary school PanGu songshan,current situation,in order to zhengzhou city primary school musicschool-based curriculum development to provide effective and meaningful reality basis.
