"The Music Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education" was promulgated by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 2001.It published "The Music Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education"(2011 Edition)(Hereinafter referred to as "The new curriculum standard")after nearly ten years of practice,exploration,improvement and revision.Through the comparison of the new curriculum standard with the 2001 edition of curriculum standard,it was found that there was significant change in many aspects.In particular,some suggestions were made."It is necessary for local governments and schools to develop the music curriculum resource with regional,national and campus characteristics by combining the local human geography environment with the national cultural tradition.We should be good at applying local folk music(Especially the music items in the intangible cultural heritage)to the music curriculum.In this way,students can be influenced by the national music culture from their childhood.They also can establish the awareness of inheriting the national music culture." It is just the research origin.In the research background,the development of the primary school music school-based textbook is explored and studied.Some problems are found and some corresponding suggestions are made.The methods of interview,literature review and questionnaire survey are adopted.It is aimed to study the development of the school-based music textbook in the four primary schools of Ningxia Autonomous Region and investigate parents,teachers and school leaders.Some teachers and parents are interviewed in detail.Starting from the existing problems,it analyzes related influencing factors.These problems are sorted out as follows:In the background of the new curriculum reform,the development work of the school-based music textbook for primary schools is actively organized in the four primary schools of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Some significant achievements are made.The unique school-based music textbook is basically developed in each of the four primary schools.In the process of the development and application of the school-based textbook,the most teachers have some experience about the integration of folk music into the school-based textbook.Through the research and development of the school-based textbook,it has obtained some findings and made some achievements in the integration of the national music textbook.Nevertheless,there are some problems.The primary school music teachers of these schools have the low occupational accomplishment and professionalism as well as a poor understanding of the development of the music school-based textbook.The busy work of teachers affects their further study.There is insufficient training resource.The pertinence is poor.The investment in the music school-based textbook as well as the promotion work is insufficient.The parents of these schools have the poor education background and the low music literacy as well as a poor understanding of the music school-based textbook.In order to solve these problems,the following strategies are formulated.For schools,it is necessary to reduce the working pressure of teachers,create the positive campus culture,establish a scientific evaluation mechanism and strengthen the in-service training of teachers.Some effective suggestions are made for teachers,such as the improvement of professionalism,the improvement of self-reflection awareness and the improvement of development planning.For parents,it is necessary to improve their own self-learning level.It is also necessary to improve the music literacy of fathers as well as their understanding of the school-based primary school music textbook.It is hoped to provide some support for the later research and education of the primary school music school-based textbook.In addition,I hope that it can remind myself to pay attention to the problems and methods about the construction and application of the primary school music school-based textbook.I hope to formulate some clear and challenging teaching objectives reasonably and provide some intellectual support for the education and teaching activities of the primary school music school-based textbook.
