Teachers' professional development is essential to the growth of teachers.Through the study of professional development of teachers,teachers can help the planning career development,to help in-service teachers have a self-positioning,self-development awareness and lifelong learning awareness,to promote the quality of teachers and ability to improve,so as to improve the quality of education in China.This paper is divided into three chapters:the first part:first of all,the concept of the topic involved in the identification of the subject,followed by literature search,collection,collation,summed up the current professional development of teachers and research Cheng Xiang relevant information;From the vertical point of view will Cheng Xiang professional development process is divided into four stages,namely,adaptation period,stable period,development period,maturityd.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the factors influencing the professional development of Cheng Xiang from the horizontal angle.Which a firm professional beliefs,a wide range of reading experience,superb classroom teaching ability,a strong sense of teaching reflection is to promote the professional development of Cheng Xiang internal factors.Family level support,key events,key figures,open class show,education and scientific research is to promote the professional development of Cheng Xiang external factors;the third chapter,the author Cheng Xiang as a case study,summed up the professional development of professional path,Sentiment,professional knowledge,professional skills,professional potential to start four aspects.I believe that through the professional development of Cheng Xiang case study,we can get the professional development of teachers inspiration,but also hope that more researchers can participate in the professional development of teachers in the study,effectively help teachers grow into a teacher,and then improve the quality of education in China.
