The Research Of The Internship Operating Mechanism For Tourism Management Students In Secondary Technical School,Zhongshan,Guangdong Province

Nowadays,our country is trying our best to make a great forward on technical education.She has been putting emphasis on internship for technical education.Internship for students in secondary technical school,especially for whose major is tourism management,is of great profits for students,schools and enterprises.However,we could easily find out that,there are lots of problems unfound and in great needs to be solved.So,this research is trying to make the problems more clear and obvious.With this propose,in the first stage,we interviewed teachers working on tourism management students’ internship management in 5 secondary technical schools in Zhongshan.At the same time,we made short interviews with related enterprises,and students who are in internship programs.Then we got the major problems on internship management for tourism management students in secondary technical schools.In the second stage,we made it clear for 5 schools’ internship management mechanism,and compare the same and the differences.In the following stage,we sent out questionnaires to students going into internship program,to understand their attitudes toward management frequency,ways,and time during the whole program.In the final stage,with the analyses of the questionnaires,and the actual situation,we tried to build a mode for internship management which is doing better on balancing the needs among schools,students and related enterprises.Finally,we gave some advice on the building and running the internship management mode.They are useful and creative in Zhongshan.
