Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development has made great achievements in the world.However,the speed of domestic regional economic development is not balanced,there is a big gap between urban and rural areas in the economic level and social construction,and in recent years there is a trend of further expansion.The gap between urban and rural areas of basic education is the most important and basic part in the gap between urban and rural areas.It also expands the gap between urban and rural areas,and is not conducive to the coordinated development of the whole country and the provinces.The middle school stage of basic education is the key link of national education and personnel training.But the middle school geography environment values and the patriotic education and so on are the key to the student's future development.The difference between urban and rural areas in middle school geography teaching is remarkable,and the difference between urban and rural areas is the main reason for the difference between urban and rural areas.To study the differences between urban and rural areas,which is of great significance to promote the educational equity between urban and rural areas.This paper,taking Yichun city of Heilongjiang Province as an example,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,the present situation of the urban and rural differences of geography teaching resources in middle schools is studied.In the school geography teaching resources,such as teachers,students,teaching of Geography Geography curriculum development,geography teaching facilities,campus culture,rural middle school was generally weaker than the city middle school;geography teaching resources in school,rural middle school in the importance of public facilities and parents,generally weaker than in the rural middle school;geography information teaching resources,rural middle schools generally did not achieve the "three links",and the rural high school geography teachers do not have the resources to integrate the geography effective teaching.After the present situation of middle school geography teaching resources to understand the differences between urban and rural areas of Yichun City,this paper analyzes the causes of middle school geography teaching resources of Yichun City,urban and rural differences,mainly in two aspects:the gap between urban and rural economic development,and the government's education investment policy in favor of the city middle school.On the basis of understanding the current situation and reasons,this paper puts forward some measures to balance the differences of geography teaching resources in middle schools.These measures include speeding up economic restructuring,vigorously develop the rural economy;increase rural education investment,strengthen rural geography teachers,the construction of geography teaching facilities;to strengthen the link between urban and rural middle school,middle school and rural middle school of the city to carry out mutual aid activities,strengthen urban and rural school teachers flow.
