"First-class professional teachers, have first-class excellence in education", we can see that the quality of teachers directly determines the quality of school personnel training, and teacher training system is one of the main factors affecting the quality of teachers. Chinese teachers in Taiwan as a whole is relatively high, and its teacher training system has inseparable relationship, which has experienced many special period, through continuous exploration of the development of teacher training system, so that the teacher training system gradually from the diversification to diversification, has formed its own unique set of education in line with the Taiwan region teacher training system.This paper takes the status quo of primary school teachers in Taiwan as the main research object, mainly through the literature research, case analysis, induction, logical analysis and other research methods. Taiwan primary school teacher trained to carry out the historical review, teacher training regulations.It is through the analysis of the primary school teacher training system of the teacher training and career development center of Taipei City University in Taiwan that to understand the characteristics of primary school teacher cultivation in Taiwan, and draw the following conclusions.Taiwan's primary school teachers to cultivate the advantages are: 1.teachers continue to cultivate open and diversified. 2.teacher training laws and regulations perfect. 3.cultivate the object selection requirements. 4. teacher training process unity. 5.teacher training courses comprehensive. 6.pay attention to the basic knowledge of education learning. 7.pay attention to education practice. 8.special policies for sports professionals.Taiwan primary school teachers to cultivate the deficiencies are: 1.cultivate less targeted sources, to provide lack of employment opportunities. 2.the curriculum pressure,resulting in the loss of teachers reserve talent. 3.teacher qualification test flow in the form of teacher training process top-heavy. 4.primary education regardless of science, students affect the accuracy of professional skills.According to the merits and shortcomings of the status quo of primary school teachers in Taiwan, this paper provides some theoretical and practical guidance to the reform of the primary school teacher training system in mainland China, so as to learn from the advantages of teachers' cultivation in Taiwan and avoid the shortcomings of the mainland Primary school teacher training system.
