The Research On The Strategy And Situation Of Women Basketball In Taiwan

In this thesis, using the literature method, questionnaire method, Delphy method and general statistics method, the author does a series researchs on the subject of sustained development of Female Basketball Movement in Taiwan Area. At the angle of Sustained development, the author analyzes the following fields, these are the concept of sustained development of Female basketball movement in Taiwan area, its developing situation and problem, and our countermeasures to deal with it in order to keep it develop continuously. The following is the results.First, the concept of sustained development of Female basketball movement in Taiwan area , it means that:the development of basketball movement should do good to improving the level of basketball athletics, at the same time, it should meet the need of recreation, sports for all in this area. It should do good to calculating the youth basketball player, as well as to meet the need of youth basketball participation. It should do good to the development of this movement today, so to it tomorrow.Second, in this paper, the author does some study on the situation of its developing today. Comparing to the male basketball, the female basketball movement in Taiwan area has these characteristics: though the result of competition is batter than that of male basketball, but it win less social attention, female basketball team lack of the tall athletics, and most of basketball player just come from high school.Third, after the author's study, we get some principles about keeping it developing continuously, these are the principle of system, one of entirety in its layout, justice in participation, and keeping the priority of youth.In order to get this aim, we could deal with it according to the following countermeasure:1. To adjust the management system of Taiwan female basketball , and to make it better in efficiency .2. To build the special association for Taiwan female basket .3. To speed up the professional development of Taiwan female basketball .4. To improve the calculation system for female coach.5. To improve the female basket contest system .6. To do something to improve the training level in Taiwan .7. To keep the developing priority of youth .8. To encourage the exchange between Taiwan and mainland , and to clean the obstacles in athletics exchanging between them .
