To improve the professional level of teachers and teaching ability,we should improve the training system.In t he era of rapid development of information technology,teachers need more learning and training opportunities to enhance their,network training has become an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.MOOC is a new type of online learning that is emerging in the field of higher education.MOOC applied to the university teachers in the network training,consciously promote MOOC services in the teachers' network training work,not only help improve the quality of college teachers' training,but also conducive to MOOC's own sustainable development.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,focusing on the reasons for the selection,research significance and research value,literature review at hom e and abroad,conceptual definition,theoretical basis,research methods and innovation.The second part is about the development of MOOC in teachers' network training,and expounds the application value and development process of MOOC in teachers' network training.In order to understand the actual situation of MOOC application in teachers' network training investigates the teachers' network training in H universities in Henan Province through the questionnaire.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in MOOC application of teachers' network training.Combined with the specific situation of teachers' network training in H universities,analyzes mainly from the teachers' learning concepts and information technology application level,the practicality of network resources quality,the network training learning evaluation system and the guiding role of educational policy.The fourth part is the development strategy of MOOC's relevance in teachers' network training.In view of t he existing problems of MO OC application,recommends mainly from the streng thening of teachers,to speed up the integration of network resources,strengthen learning support services and increase investment in education funding.
