Increasingly, as our country has attached importance to preschool education, promulgated more related policies, more areas also begin to put more emphasis on it. Among these areas, researches are aimed at kindergarten teachers’training in poverty-stricken counties. There exits so many problems of kindergarten teachers,such as the shortage of kindergarten teacher resources,the low-level quality of kindergarten teachers, the trend of the "elementarized-school" education,more unprofessional teachers,old teachers and so on. Training is the best way to improve the level of teachers’quality, during this process, curriculum is provided with more function and it’s the core. It’s also the main element in the relevance of the training curriculum. As a result, under the drive of polices and actuality, this research has chosen the poor rural area-N county as the typicality to study the relevance of the training curriculum in this area. In the real investigation, the chief investigations are abundant, such as literature collecting, interviewing, version analysis, observing at random and materials collecting. The objective is,by the analysis on the typical case, to know more about the situation about the relevance of the training curriculum and then to come up with suggestions and countermeasures,in the end,to provide references for other poor rural counties in Henan,even for poverty-stricken areas in the whole country.Firstly, on the base of looking up and reading lots of related references, this part affords support on the view of explaining the basic concept, theoretical basis, and realistic basis for research of the training curriculum relevance.Secondly, to analyze the training curriculum relevance deeply on the investigation in reality. By mix of quality and quantity ways, the research gains the final conclusion: although there are some questions on the curriculum aims and contents, but relatively their relevance level is commonly high.But there are more questions on the curriculum way and evaluation,their relevance level is relatively low.In the whole,the relevance level is ordinary.Thirdly, in allusion to conclusion, this study analyses the disadvantageous affect factors of the training curriculum relevance. The disadvantageous affect factors are analyzed on participated kindergarten teachers themselves, training school and preschool education in N county.In the end, directing at the three main disadvantageous affect factors, including the diversity of the rural preschool teachers’training demands, the adequacy of curriculum preparation in the training institution, the policy supporting of the rural preschool teachers training,this study put forwards suggestions and countermeasures itself through the government-preschool education department, training school, and participated kindergarten teachers in rural areas. |
