The Research Of Entrepreneurship Education Of College Students In Local Colleges Based On College Students' Perspective

Confronting with the tendency of the global economy development and the change of macro-economic situation,the traditional education of employment in our universities has had difficult in meeting the needs of the social and economic development for talents.In addition to the increasing employment pressure of college students,the college education model needs to change urgently.In order to put forward a solution to the current economic and employment situation,central government energetically promotes colleges to carry out entrepreneurship education of college students,which aims at colleges can update the personnel training mode from the traditional exam-oriented education mode to the new mode that cultivates the compound talents,which enables students to fully raise their comprehensive quality.Besides,it can also promote students' innovative undertaking and create more employment opportunities,finally solve the problem of college students' employment.At first,this paper adopted the method of literature collection in the related literature at home and abroad,establishing research support ' Theory Triple Helix',which combined universities,government and enterprises,making the three forces affect each other and function coordinately,and finally formed the 'Triple Helix' new relationships and promoted the development of universities' entrepreneurship education as well as the social economy.Secondly,this paper focused on the current local undergraduate entrepreneurship education research,which was supported by the ' Theory Triple Helix' and based on college students'perspective.All data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews from the five local colleges with different types in Nanning.It was found that there were outstanding problems of current local undergraduate entrepreneurship education in Nanning:the formalism of entrepreneurship education was serious;the construction of the entrepreneurship education teachers and courses were incomplete,entrepreneurship education lacked of practical activities,government policy and enterprise support,etc.Finally,based on the in-depth analysis of the research results,the paper put forward some suggestions from the four dimensions of the universities,government,enterprises and students.In the universities aspect,change the concept of entrepreneurship education and pay more attention to the development;set up systematic education courses system and carry out the scientific education mode;strengthen the construction of the education team and improve the professional level of teachers;innovate entrepreneurship education evaluation mechanism and grasp the development of the education;In the government aspect,increase financial support to provide a strong guarantee for the entrepreneurship education;provide policy support and create good entrepreneurial education environment;In the enterprise aspect,strengthen the cooperation between universities and enterprises,and provide practical platforms for college students to start businesses;work together to establish a business venture and cultivate entrepreneurial talents;In the students' aspect,actively participate in social practice activities and cultivate their own entrepreneurial consciousness;cultivate our comprehensive qualities and improve our comprehensive entrepreneurial ability.
