Research On Entrepreneurship Education For Local University And College Students In Hei Longjiang Province

Entrepreneurship education is a kind of teaching concept and teaching mode,which is to adapt the needs of economic society and national development strategy.Entrepreneurship education is the new response of national development strategy in the field of education,and has gradually become the direction of innovation in higher education.In recent years,Heilongjiang Province has issued related documents,pointing out that college students are the main force to promote "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",it is necessary to increase the support of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and promote the enthusiasm of college students to start a business.Therefore,one of the important tasks of higher education in Heilongjiang Province is to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students.It is the responsibility of local universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province to train talents for local economic development.In order to meet the needs of the knowledge economy society and the job market for innovative talents,local colleges and universities carry out research on entrepreneurship education for college students,It is helpful to promote the reform of higher education in Heilongjiang Province,and to promote the entrepreneurship education of college students to a deeper level and a higher level.Based on the demand of economic society and employment market for innovative talents,this paper studies the entrepreneurship education of local undergraduate students in Heilongjiang Province,in order to cultivate innovative talents with entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability.This paper reveals and analyzes the main problems existing in entrepreneurship education of college students in local universities in Heilongjiang Province,such as the lack of clear concept of entrepreneurship,the shortage of teachers in entrepreneurship education,not enough integration of entrepreneurial education and professional education,imperfect entrepreneurial education practice platform,not perfect entrepreneurship education service system,not perfect entrepreneurial education culture atmosphere.Based on the requirements of the economic society and the job market for innovative talents,the following suggestions are put forward to clarify the value orientation of entrepreneurship education,to perfect the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,to optimize the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education,to improve the organizational and institutional construction of entrepreneurship education and to create a good cultural environment for entrepreneurship education,in order to optimize theentrepreneurship education of local undergraduate students in Heilongjiang Province.
