In school A,senior high school entrance examination results have been come out in front,the students are good, and the parents pay attention to children’s learning; Thestudents in school B are from rural-urban fringe zone, whose parents have notstable works, often doing odd jobs, and most with more than two children.Senior high school entrance examination results of this school are at a lowerlevel, but progress is very obvious by several years of efforts. The authorintends to find out the commonness and individuality by the study of differentresults that students from different family background participating in theextracurricular counseling, so that the later teaching work has a goodguidance The questionnaire in this paper focus mainly on three aspects: thenumber and proportion, the approaches and types, the expenditure ofextracurricular counselingThrough the analysis of these surface phenomena this paper intends tofind out reasons and thrust of vigorous development of extracurricularcounseling, analyze psychology and expectations that parents and studentsparticipate in extracurricular counseling, and put forward correspondingeducational countermeasures.
