Capital Institute of Physical Education to participate in the development of primary school sports is the implementation of the Beijing Municipal Board of education with the help of colleges and universities,social forces to support the development of primary and secondary school sports,aesthetic characteristics of a model.Capital Institute of Physical Education,as the Beijing Municipal Education Commission directly under the sports colleges and universities in the construction of sports discipline has its own outstanding characteristics,the school combined with its own resources and six primary schools to cooperate.Participate in the cooperation projects are Dongcheng District Hepingli primary school,An Waisan elementary school,the gym road primary school;Xicheng District Beijing experimental two Yutaoyuan branch,China and Cuba friendship primary school and Haidian District national primary school.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,five kinds of research methods,mainly from the cultural construction,subject teaching,community development,teacher training,theoretical research on five aspects of investigation and research;in addition,the organization of the project approval and use of funds teachers also made a detailed analysis.The results show that the project has been carried out effectively,and has been unanimously approved by the parents and the society.Draw the following conclusions:1.Capital Institute of Physical Education to participate in the development of primary and secondary school sports organization of the top and bottom,division of labor details,clear powers and responsibilities,work methodically.2.Capital Institute of Physical Education participates in primary school sports development project funding and approval process by strict and meticulous,all aspects of rule-based,Municipal Bureau of finance audit for the allocation of funds supervision,to ensure earmarking;but the process is more complicated,the money arrival time is slow.3.Capital Institute of Physical Education to participate in the development of primary school sports development,increased cooperation in primary school teachers,to a large extent,improved the quality of extra-curricular activities and extra-curricular training.4.Capital Institute of Physical Education to participate in the construction of primary school sports development project culture rich and colorful,from football,basketball,martial arts,arts activities focus on four aspects of construction,effectively enhance the cultural quality of physical education of children,to broaden the sports knowledge level;teaching content,reasonable structure,easy in the classroom atmosphere lively and vivid,but during the semester and the end of the semester the lack of process evaluation community development;variety,mature;teacher training activities,enrich the content;theoretical research is quite effective,but it is not enough to meet the use of project teaching.5.Students and parents for the cognitive degree of project are relatively low.
