Investigation And Research On The Development Of Sports Events Of "Universities Participate In Primary School Education" In Beijing

"Universities participate in primaryschool education" is a project of Beijing municipal government to improve the development of adolescent sports and aesthetic education through the purchase of youth sports services in universities and social institutions.Since its introduction,the project has achieved good results,but there are also some drawbacks and hidden contradictions.Taking the "universities participate in primaryschool education" sports as an example,this paper uses the literature method,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and field investigation to study the implementation of the implementation of the "universities participate in primaryschool education" project in promoting the implementation of Beijing primary school sports development.Around the project management model,the implementation of the five tasks,the Teaching Committee,resource units,primary schools are currently existing problems to prevent the sustainable development of the project to study and analyze the following conclusions:(1)Since the implementation of the "Universities participate in primaryschool education",the project has achieved some achievements,mainly reflected in the improvement of the cultural construction of primary school and a new design,enriching the contents of the students' physical education curriculum,carrying out various and colorful activities for the primary school,and speeding up the theoretical research of primary school physical education teachers.And the improvement of professional ability.(2)The five tasks proposed by the Beijing Municipal Education Committee are not balanced in the course of the implementation of the "universities participate in primaryschool education" project.More emphasis is placed on the development of the curriculum and community,while the implementation of the three aspects of campus culture construction,teacher training and education and scientific research is not strong.(3)There is a certain deviation in the top-level design of the project.At present,primary schools and resource units all reflect that primary schools should be the dominant ones.(4)Teachers and funds in the implementation of "Universities participate in primaryschool education" are faced with serious challenges,such as inadequate number of teachers,lack of teachers' basic education experience,difficult budget,short use cycle,difficult to report,unreasonable distribution,and a long period from budget declaration to examination and approval,and so on,which have directly affected the development of the project.(5)There are differences of concepts and communication problems between primary school and resource units;some workers have poor sense of responsibility,lack of enthusiasm for work;teachers lack necessary material and institutional guarantee;primary and resource units are full of uncertainty about the future development of the project.According to the problems existing in the development process of "universities participate in primaryschool education" project,some pertinent suggestions are proposed in order to provide reference for more scientific and rational development in the later period of the project.
