In order to implement the relevant spirit and work arrangement of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for Beijing's colleges and universities to participate in the development of primary school sports aesthetic education,the Capital Sports Institute and the six primary schools in Dongcheng District Stadium Road Primary School cooperated to implement the primary school sports development support project.In this paper,literature teaching,interviews,and questionnaire surveys were used to analyze the six primary school basketball courses of Beijing Pingli First Primary School and Beijing Chongwen District Gymnasium Road Primary School,which were paired by Capital Sports Institute.Teaching methods,class arrangements,total class hours,teaching content,teacher resources,and evaluations were investigated and analyzed,and the effects of higher physical education institutions on primary school basketball courses were summarized.Its significance lies in finding out the achievements and deficiencies in the process of the implementation of the primary school basketball curriculum in the Capital Sports Institute's "high participation small" project,and providing suggestions for the development of the project.Concluded as follow:1 Capital Sports College sends selected part-time teachers to be able to complete the teaching tasks of primary school basketball courses on basketball technology,professional theoretical knowledge,and teaching ability,and make up for the inadequacy of twinning primary school basketball teachers.2 The implementation of the “high participation small” project helped six primary schools to carry out extracurricular basketball activity classes,supported the development of a basketball class for the primary and secondary schools in Hepingli Lixiao,and improved the construction of the school basketball team echelon.As the number of basketball lessons increased,the total amount of the six primary school classes increased every year,and the number of students benefiting from the basketball course increased.The teaching methods of basketball courses include independent teaching by part-time teachers,cooperative teaching by part-time teachers and primary school PE teachers,and increased exchanges and resources sharing between universities and peer schools.Gymnasium Road Primary School and Pingli Primary School Primary School PE teachers participate in the R&D of school-based basketball teaching materials,standardizing the teaching content of basketball courses,and improving the research level of primary school PE teachers.Existing problems: traditional classes are grouped and teaching organizations are single.3 The “high participation small” project guarantees that the resources of college basketball teachers will be assigned to primary schools,provide quality teacher resources,and organize primary school basketball teacher training to master the latest teaching methods and means.However,the number of organized teacher training courses in universities is not conducive to basketball teachers to master the latest teaching methods and methods.4 In the evaluation of basketball courses,related personnel believe that the colleges and universities actively implement the “high participation small” project goal,which is overall realistic.The emphasis on the importance of the primary school basketball course of the three elementary schools in Anwai is affected by the traditional sports programs of the school.The development of the “high participation small” project has enabled the basketball course to gain popularity.
