Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Ice And Snow Sports In The Department Of Sports Institute (School) Of Hebei Province

The successful closing of the 24 th Winter Olympic Games in Beijing has provided a rare historical opportunity for development of Chinese ice and snow sports,as well as injected strong impetus for development.As the co-host of the Beijing Winter Olympics,Hebei Province is also rich in natural resources of ice and snow sports,and the vigorous development of ice and snow sports is the general trend.The quantity and quality of ice and snow talents undoubtedly play a vital role in supporting the healthy and sustainable development of ice and snow sports.The department of Higher Sports(university)is an important base for the training of ice and snow talents.The development of ice and snow sports in the department of higher Sports(University)lays a solid foundation for the training of ice and snow talents.Therefore,the development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities not only reflects the popularity of ice and snow sports in the region where colleges and universities are located to a certain extent,but also reflects the quantity and quality of ice and snow talent training in colleges and universities.At present,the research area of ice and snow sports in sports institutes(schools)is mainly concentrated in the three northeastern provinces(Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning),and the research results of ice and snow sports in higher sports institutes(schools)of Hebei Province as the research object are few.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of ice and snow sports in Hebei province,this paper takes the training of ice and snow sports talents in Hebei Province as the entry point,and takes the content of ice and snow sports which the department of Higher Sports(school)of Hebei Province relies on as the clue.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the training status of ice and snow talents,curriculum setting,quality of teachers,supporting facilities,second class and extracurricular competitive training of Hebei higher Sports Institutes(schools),and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions in view of the existing problems,in order to improve the quantity and quality of ice and snow talents training of Hebei higher sports institutes(schools).For the sound development of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province do humble efforts.This study takes Hebei Institute of Physical Education,Hebei Normal University,Zhangjiakou University and Hebei North University as the investigation objects.By using the literature data method,relevant literatures are studied and summarized.Interviews were conducted with leaders and experts from Hebei Sports Bureau,Hebei Institute of Physical Education and Hebei Normal University.Furthermore,questionnaire survey was carried out on teachers and students.Mathematical statistics software such as Excel and SPSS26.0 was used to analyze relevant data in detail,and detailed data and analysis results were obtained.Through the logical analysis of the research results,the research results are refined,and the specific strategies to solve the problem are formulated.The results are as follows:(1)In the post-Winter Olympics era,there are some problems in the process of carrying out ice and snow sports in Hebei Sports Institute(school),such as relatively weak teaching staff,incomplete courses,insufficient number of ice and snow venues,and low satisfaction of ice and snow students on courses.(2)The teaching materials of snow and ice theory used by Hebei Institute of Physical Education(School)are not uniform,the quality levels of the teaching materials are not uniform,the funds related to snow and ice sports come from a single source,and the policies related to snow and ice sports are not in place.(3)Hebei Institute of Physical Education(School)should have a clear positioning for the development of ice and snow sports in its own school,make reasonable use of relevant measures,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,focus on expanding the number of ice and snow course teachers,and improve the quality of ice and snow course teachers.(4)The Department of Hebei Institute of Physical Education(School)should reasonably adjust the class hours and teaching content of ice and snow sports courses according to the training objectives and graduation requirements of professional talents;Efforts are made to improve the athletic skills of students in ice and snow sports events,and students are encouraged to participate in the training and competition of various ice and snow sports events to obtain the athlete grade certificate.(5)Hebei Provincial Institute of Physical Education(School)should make full use of Hebei Provincial policies on ice and snow sports venues in the post-Olympic era,rationally utilize existing various venues,build new ice and snow sports venues,and improve teaching hardware conditions for ice and snow talent training.
