In the past four decades of reform and opening up process, farmers individual get rid of land constraints, the influx of the city to make a living. In order to reduce the risk, farmers often rely on relatives, neighbors and other strong relations to seek job opportunities. At the same time, the peasants, because of the trust relationship that exists between them, bind the employment relationship only by oral agreement. However,in the case of project funds can not be in place, can not be a one-time payment of wages, the farmers are familiar with the contractor to follow the "inverse sequence pattern" of the distribution logic, making the debt between the debt problems.Because there is not only a de facto employment relationship between the peasant individual and the contractor, there are social relations such as blood, geography and so on.Which makes the original ownership of a clear relationship between the debt problem is embedded into the ethical rural society, which means that between the village acquaintances can not rush to close the debt.Farmers are willing to temporarily their own interests are impaired or reluctant to lead to rupture of each other.Reciprocity is an important feature of the interaction within the rural society,in which the generation and elimination of the debt is an important part of the process of reciprocity, and the settlement of the rural acquaintance society has become an important entry point for understanding the social structure of the acquaintance. In the rural community acquaintances, farmers how to pay for the individual,to take what kind of salvage strategy often depends on the degree of hardening their own salvage goals, that is,whether the need to recover wages.Furthermore, the degree of hardening of farmers’ salvage goals is subject to both the structural pressures of household expenditure and the relationship between the two structural factors. On the one hand,if the pressure on the individual family’s household expenditure is steep(such as family sickness, child’s school, school study, marriage, etc.),then the salary target is hardened, and vice versa. On the other hand,if the individual peasants continue to cooperate with each other After about the relationship, then pay attention to the target constraints of hardening on the low,and vice versa is high. Therefore, this article focuses on the individual farmers in the family expenditure size and whether there is about the relationship between the composition of the four different circumstances of the specific salary.Based on the analysis of the field data,it is found that the target of the peasant individual is the most softening in the situation that the household expenditure pressure is small and the relationship is about the relationship.Under the situation that the household expenditure pressure is big and the relationship is not about the relationship,Farmers’ individual salaries are the most tough. As for the policy of seeking salaries in different situations, the peasant individual has three kinds of alternative behavior patterns, namely, reasoning mode, violent pattern and legal model, and presents a kind of differential order to use the policy of seeking salvage. In other words,no matter what kind of situation, whether the salary target is tough, the peasant individual is to follow the rural society within the reasonable and face principle of the rational model of pay,if not the debt will be based on the contractor to take the strategy,The peasant individual either solicit payment of wages by himself or by others using violence or violent threats,or through judicial proceedings to finally recover the wages. However, once the violence or legal model, then it indicates that the ultimate game of individual farmers, each other’s social relations will also be disintegrated.
