Research On The Complexity Of Social Work Professional Relationship Under The Background Of Acquaintances

With the end of the system of units and changes in the social structure,people's needs are increasingly diversified.In the face of increasingly complex social problems,the original social management system has the urgency to innovate.This kind of objective demand provides opportunities for the development of professional social work based on the principle of "precaution is better than cure,development is better than relief,and self-help".Therefore,in recent years,the government has actively built up social work policies from top-level design.System,vigorously develop professional social work to solve new social problems.In the professional social work to solve the actual needs of people,the effective establishment and maintenance of professional relationships is related to the smooth progress of service projects,and whether professional purposes can be effectively achieved.Professional relationships can effectively regulate the action framework and respective rights and obligations of social workers and service objects in the service process.On the one hand,they have an important guiding role in the development of services,and on the other hand,they can promote the professionalization and standardization of professional social work in China.However,professional social work has entered the process of development in China,facing the relationship between the Chinese traditional culture of thousands of years and the relationship between people based on acquaintances,and the premise that local social work based on acquaintance relations is still playing a role.In the following,the establishment and maintenance of the relationship between professional social work is affected by the two-way influence of multiple acquaintance relationships,so that professional relationships and professional behaviors permeate the emotional components in the framework of instrumental rationality.The over-strength of acquaintance relationships in this mixed relationship framework will The erosion of professional relations has led to the deviation of professional relations and the content of professional services from the specialization track.The author takes the group work in the QB community as a case,and uses participatory observation method and in-depth interview method to study the social work professional relationship in the acquaintance community.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of several acquaintance relationships in acquaintance communities and the influence of this acquaintance relationship environment on the relationship between local social work professions.It finds that compared to traditional local social work,the development of professional social work is in a relatively weak position.According to the objective facts,social workers need to rely on acquaintances to develop professional services in acquaintance communities.The establishment and maintenance of professional relationships is essentially a process of compromise between professional social work and administrative social work.Secondly,by analyzing the role of several kinds of acquaintances in professional relationships,this paper demonstrates the dual nature of acquaintances' relationships to professional relationships that are both beneficial and hinder their development.Finally,it proposes four aspects from the difficulties that acquaintances bring to professional relationships.
