Children’s education is the foundation of the whole education career,and as the improvement of family life,energy and money on parents to children education are also gradually increase,they have given us a lot of expectations in children’s study,children in community social work institutions provide education services for families and children to a certain extent itself provides the education resources,and played a good help for children’s education,to a certain extent,improve the residents of community satisfaction and sense of belonging.Returned as a kind of unconventional communities,due to the particularity of its geographical location and economic restrictions,lead to the community children’s education is lack of resources,at the same time,parents are busy job let they are too busy to take into account the children’s learning,these factors are not conducive to the development of children’s education.Social work in the relocating community is designed to provide academic assistance to children through a series of activities while carrying out the education service for children.But because the reason such as communities,families and social workers organization,makes the service in the process of conducting in trouble,the effects of a certain extent,affect the service and the function of professional social work.In this article the author through field surveys,personal interviews and qualitative research methods such as data collection about A community service center in A property-F community education services to children in some of the general situation,mainly based on the education of children in the community project-"at 4:30 small class" as an example,through to the "small class" at 4:30 project introduces the general situation of the present situation and the operation and analysis,points out its difficulties such as service in conducting in the lack of funds,the limited of activity field,etc,all these restrict the development of the education services for children.Secondly the author in view of the social work organization in the aspect of education services to children in the problems put forward the corresponding strategy,mainly will be volunteers,family,school,community and social workers and other education services to children with fuses in together,work together to promote the smooth development in children’s services,at the end of the article,the author combined with the transformation of China’s children’s education and their own feelings,summary of this paper discusses the social work intervention in a property community children education experience,a property of the community children want to be able to create a good atmosphere of education,to promote a property community children’s balanced development,thus further promote the development of urbanization.At the same time,I hope that through this study,the scope of social work can be enriched,improved and improved.
