Chinese teachers’ professional happiness in the countryside junior middle school is an important content of rural education.And the teacher is the key to the development of rural education.The importance of research and improvement is supposed to be attached to the countryside junior middle school Chinese teachers’ professional happiness,which is,for one aspect,conducive to improve the quality of their work;for another,promotes forward the development of the countryside junior middle school language education.Furthermore,it is more conducive to the improvement of China’s overall education.This research adopts the questionnaire investigation,interview and literature analysis method 419 junior high school teachers,203 rural junior high school teachers and 113 rural junior middle school language teachers have carried on the questionnaire survey,some of whom have accepted interviews,focusing on the professional happiness condition and reasons of 113 rural junior middle school Chinese teachers.At last,conclusions can be drawn as following: One,the relatively low professional happiness overall level of Chinese teachers in the countryside junior middle school;Two,low positive emotional experience;Three,not-optimistic survival situation;Four,low professional identity.And the last two are not-harmonious social contacts and simplex degree level.The main reasons for the lack of sense of occupational happiness to Chinese teachers in rural junior middle school are:From the teachers’ aspect,on the one hand,their feelings and expectations couldn’t correspond with the low ability of creating happiness.On the other hand,teachers’ self-discipline is not so strong;From the schools’ aspect,the management level is not high,neither is the treatment;Moreover,the society haven’t given enough support for teachers.For the purpose of improving the happiness sense,corresponding and appropriate strategies as well as measures must be taken with the efforts of teachers,schools,society and the government.From the perspective of teachers: First,they must maintain physical and mental health and develop a correct understanding of professional happiness.Second,they are responsible for cultivating the ability to create professional happiness.Third,they are supposed to enhance the discipline quality.From the perspective of the schools: Firstly,the management should agree with human nature.Secondly,the schools ought to improve the degree of recognition and appreciation for the teachers as well as the school conditions.In addition,they must provide educational support and strengthen communication and the relationship with parents.From the government’ aspect: The government should devote to increasing wages and improving the economic situation.What’s more,it also ought to increase investment in education and ease teachers’ job burnout.From the social perspective: to create a good social atmosphere and supporting Chinese education are good measures to be taken.Besides,providing social support for teachers and improving social relations are likely to settle the battle of conflicts between teachers and society.
