In June 2015,the general office of the state council issued the rural teacher support plan(2015-2020),from which it can be seen that rural education and rural teachers have attracted more and more attention,but most of the research is about the professi onal happiness of rural primary school teachers,and there are few research results abo ut the professional happiness of rural junior middle school teachers.This study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to con duct questionnaire survey and partial interview on 331 rural junior high school teacher s.Taking Yanshan county of jiangxi province as an example,this study studies the sta tus of rural junior high school teachers' professional happiness and the main reasons i nfluencing their professional happiness.The research shows that:Generally speaking,the professional happiness level of rural teachers in Yanshan county is above the average.Concrete,Yanshan county,the countryside junior middle school teachers' professional happiness all dimensions of points won the order from low to high followed by physical condition,mental condition,the campus material culture,the character values,campus system culture,the research ability,the campus spiritual culture,learning ability,professional sense of belonging,teaching ability and education ability,professional behavior,professional values.In addition,there was no difference in the professional happiness of rural junior middle school teachers in Yanshan county only in terms of academic qualifications,and there were differences in gender,age,marital status,teaching age,professional title,monthly income,position and weekly class hours.In terms of the reasons affecting the occupational happiness of rural junior middle school teachers in Yanshan county,the author found that the main reasons for the occupational happiness of rural junior middle school teachers were: harmonious working collective relationship;Teachers and students grow together;Stable work;Love of teaching.The main reasons for the lack of professional happiness of rural junior middle school teachers are: students are difficult to control,parents do not cooperate;Low salary;Low social status and high requirements;The task is heavy.In order to effectively improve the professional well-being of rural junior middle school teachers in Yanshan county,this paper believes that the government should improve the teachers' salary and improve the teaching staff;The society should set up reasonable expectation for teachers and give them adequate social support.Rural junior middle schools should do well in education research activities and improveteachers' office environment;The rural junior middle school teachers themselves should not only effectively manage time and maintain physical health,but also adjust their mentality to ensure mental health.
