| From the point of view of the development of the whole human society,teachers play an extremely profound and important role.They can not only impart knowledge and experience,but also help the educated to establish correct values,improve their personality,correct their bad thoughts and behaviors,and shoulder the heavy responsibility of teaching and educating the country and society.As a special group,rural middle school teachers must have enough patience and love to guide students to form good living habits and study habits in the process of treating students at the beginning of junior high school.Whether you have a sense of happiness or not is a subjective emotional problem,but subjective feelings will affect your life to a certain extent,and then affect your education.Because of the particularity of their positions,junior high school teachers have a profound impact on the healthy development of teenagers’ body and mind.The implementation of this topic will help to improve the professional happiness of rural junior high school teachers and gradually improve their basic quality.At present,it is urgent for us to improve the professional happiness of middle and junior high school teachers,but to improve the level of teachers’ happiness,we need to have a comprehensive understanding of their current situation and formulate effective countermeasures.Therefore,this paper takes the reality of the occupational well-being of two rural junior high school teachers in Y town,fengqiu county as the research object,and investigates the occupational well-being of two rural junior high school teachers in Y town,fengqiu county by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.It is found that the main reasons for the lack of occupational wel-being of rural junior high school teachers are: the implementation of the policy to protect the rights and interests of rural junior high school teachers is not in place,the promotion mechanism of rural junior high school teachers is not perfect,and the social status of rural junior high school teachers is not high.Work pressure,insufficient teaching resources,lack of professional development opportunities for rural junior high school teachers,and unreasonable evaluation mechanism for rural junior high school teachers,and then put forward countermeasures to improve the happiness of rural junior high school teachers from the government level,social level,school level,family level and personal level.In this paper,rural junior high school teachers are listed as an overall research subject,which has broader practical significance for deeply understanding the situation of rural junior high school teachers’ professional happiness and putting forward an effective implementation method.At the same time,this paper not only discusses the influencing factors and countermeasures of teachers’ professional happiness from four aspects: teachers themselves,schools,society and government,but also includes family factors,hoping to improve their professional happiness through the joint efforts of all subjects. |
