Balance is one of the physical quality,it is one of the important physiological function of human body,to the human body to maintain body posture has play a key role,especially maintain the stability of the bearing surface centre of gravity of the body in a small,standing and walking on the human body,as well as the body coordination to complete various movements have a vital role.Good balance ability is not only beneficial to the improvement of sports ability,also can prevent the happening of the damage.People can say almost any exercise in maintaining the balance state,especially large muscle activity and need good balance is the ability to do more.The first student age is almost 12,13,active and lively,is in the sensitive period of the development of physical quality this time is very important to the growth of the teenagers after physical development.Face examination for junior middle school students and at the same time,the sports achievement represents a big weight,so the physical quality put forward higher requirements for junior middle school students.And balance ability is an important index for junior middle school students physical quality so it is necessary to exercise,for future growth and long-term development of the student body body protection.Ruanti practice is in recent years the State Sports General Administration of imported new physical training equipment,mainly used in the professional athletes’ physical training,to improve coordination ability and moving ability of athletes has very good effect.In the training of simple and convenient,flexible and flexible training methods,deeply loved by coaches,has been widely used in physical training.The current fierce competition among students,junior high school students in the face of pressure,physical education classes have been greatly reduced.The ladder in the school sports training mode is not universal,still need further promotion.In this paper,the theory and practice of exploration through the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and so on,through the design of experiment,the differences between the two groups of samples before and after contrast test,obtained through the balance ability of the experimental group students practice ladder was stronger than the control group,so as to draw the conclusion as follows:(1)after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have obvious difference in various indicators of the experimental group,static balance index in the eyes of standing on one foot,eyes closed,standing on one foot,eyes closed standing on one foot abduction legs,improved dynamic balance index in closed mesh piaffe,pretrial test,Ayumi balance beam walking is also improved.This shows that the ladder can improve students ability to balance exercises.(2)the ladder practice we found in the eyes of boys standing on one foot,eyes closed standing on one foot abduction leg performance is better than the girls,this shows that in the early stage of boys in the legs,trunk strength has been significantly better than girls;girls in balance beam walking showed significantly better than boys,this in the first stage of girls than boys body balance,flexibility. |
