A new round of basic education curriculum reform was launched,the Ministry of Education in June 2001,promulgated the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)".The curriculum reform of information technology curriculum is included in the focus of basic education.At present,the information technology curriculum has entered the full implementation stage,however,due to the various constraints of internal and external factors,the implementation of the curriculum is not optimistic.The establishment of information technology courses is conducive to improving student's abilities for picking up information,processing information and using information,to educate students to understand and solve the information technology-related culture,ethics correctly.The 21 st century is the information age,information education is conducive to improving the students 'self-consciousness,cultivate students' innovative ability,it has important significance for improving the quality of the people.The methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods were mainly adopted to carry on the thorough investigation and analysis that is the present situation of the information technology course of rural primary school in J district in this paper,summarizes the problems in the implementation of information technology curriculum in rural primary school,and put forward the solution to these problems.The study is divided into six parts,the basic content is as follows:The first part is the introduction,the research background,the problems,the definition of relevant concepts and expounds the research ideas,methods and research significance are introduced mainly in this paper.The second part is the theory of curriculum implementation and information technology course combing,which mainly provides the theoretical basis for the later investigation design.The third part is the research design.The detailed design of the questionnaire survey and implementation,interview outline are inclued in this part mainly.The fourth part is the implementation of information technology curriculum in rural primary schools.This paper mainly investigates the present situation of information technology curriculum in rural primary schools from the aspects of school infrastructure,curriculum opening,teaching materials and curriculum standards,and analyzes the data obtained by the questionnaire.The Interview data is supplemented and supported for this article.The fifth part is an analysis of the factors affecting the information technology curriculum in rural primary schools.the investigation and analysis are completed mainly fromthree aspects are the course itself,school factors,off-school factors.The sixth part is the conclusion and improvement strategy.
