With the implementation of new curriculum reform,the breadth and depth of curriculum resources restrict the development of basic education to a certain extent,and determine the level of curriculum implementation.Without the support of curriculum resources,teachers’ advanced educational ideas and teaching methods will be difficult to carry out.Rural education as an important part of basic education,the construction of its curriculum resources is a difficult problem facing the current rural education reform.Scientific construction of rural curriculum resources is one of the important ways to deepen educational reform and improve the quality of rural education and teaching.Based on the existing literature research,this study prepared a questionnaire and distributed it to 381 rural teachers in H and R regions to investigate the current situation of curriculum resource construction,and interviewed the administrators of rural primary schools to explore the influencing factors.Through the use of data analysis software,the current situation and influencing factors of rural primary school curriculum resources construction empirical research,combined with field observation and interview results found that rural primary school curriculum resources construction there are: hardware resources are not equipped with enough,some facilities idle;The quantity of human resources is insufficient,and the utilization rate of high-quality social resources is low;Lack of information course resources and neglect of high quality network resources;The application effect of curriculum resources is not good,and the quality of resources construction is weakened.The influencing factors are explored from the aspects of curriculum concept,information literacy,school conditions and educational management policy,and targeted strategies are provided.For example,teachers should pay attention to the main role of human in curriculum resource construction and promote the cooperation between family,school and society.The school actively applies network high-quality curriculum resources to improve teachers’ information literacy;The society should strengthen the support of weak schools and improve the conditions of running schools in rural areas.Improving the curriculum resources construction security system,creating a good educational atmosphere and other strategies to provide practical support for rural primary schools in the construction of curriculum resources.
