In recent years,on the one hand,education advocates the respect for students,big line of appreciation education and heavy appreciate the light punishment have become the general phenomenon of school education,education punishment become a sensitive area of school education,they are afraid to punish students.On the other hand,because of the improper punishment,many unpleasant events still occur frequently,they are advertised by television,newspaper and network.All of these attract the social criticism of general public.The misunderstanding of people to education punishment is more and more deep,form a vicious circle,so that due to the negative influence of improper punishment deny the positive significance of education punishment and education punishment is treated as an immoral mean of education,and also seen as a violent means to run counter to the quality-oriented education.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the essence of education punishment,to define the boundary and scale of education punishment,do defense for reasonable education punishment,to explore how education punishment applies to practice,provide theoretical guidance for school education punishment.This study is divided into four parts altogether: the first part is introduction,mainly from the concept,defining the related concepts of education punishment and discrimination.The second part is the introduction to the theory of education punishment,summed up the rationality of the education punishment,its principle should be followed in the implementation and it also discusses its boundary and scale in this paper.The third part is the empirical investigation about the present situation of elementary school education punishment,mainly through the questionnaire survey to explain its existing problems,and discusses the results and analysis.The fourth part is the return to education punishment educational and artistic quality,this part summarizes the present situation of using the elementary education punishment,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward constructive suggestions so as to further perfect its development.
