With the continuous development of society and the deepening of education reform,parents and teachers are more and more aware of the important role of family-school cooperation,and realize that family-school cooperation is an important measure to promote the healthy growth of students,education development and family happiness.However,the family-school cooperation is not as smooth as imagined in practice,and there are many factors that affect the smooth progress of family-school cooperation.The author attempts to explore from the Angle of organization boundary of the three-dimensional boundary between parents and teachers in the reality of the present situation of the responsibility boundary,found that the current due to parents and teachers a series of problems caused by the responsibility boundary is not clear,family-school cooperation activities to better promote the elementary school,in order to realize the students' healthy growth,family harmony happiness,school education development goals.In this study the three-dimensional boundary of organizational boundaries: social boundary,physical boundary,psychological boundary theory as the foundation,according to the family-school cooperation activities of two major subjects--parents and teachers,the author choose W city,seven teachers(including one in the six primary school teachers and school leaders),both the parents of students as the main research object,through to the nine subjects often observation and interview method to the responsibility of the parents and teachers to explore boundary issues.In this article,through analysis of family education,school education content such as relevant policies,laws and regulations is how to define the responsibility of the parents and teachers,parents and teachers survey reality for the implementation of responsibility content,family-school cooperation parents and teachers responsibility put forward the threedimensional boundary: social boundary,physical boundary,psychological boundary,parents and teachers in the current family-school cooperation in social boundary,the present situation of the psychological boundary,physical boundary for rendering.The social boundary between parents and teachers is as follows: the educational expectation of parents and teachers is inconsistent;The educational responsibility of parents and teachers is not in place;The psychological boundary between parents and teachers is as follows: "treating each other with respect" : "accepting" at the level of consciousness,"rejecting" at the level of behavior;"Tit for tat" : inconsistent function,unequal discourse direction;"Collective wisdom" : mutual benefit,balanced interests;The physical boundary between parents and teachers is as follows: teachers "occupy" the time and space of family education;Parents' resources become the "treasure box" of school education.Through the phenomenon presented above,the author finds that the physical boundary between parents and teachers is loose,the social boundary is loose,and the psychological boundary will have different situations in different groups and situations.However,in the organizational boundary,if there are strict social boundary and psychological boundary,no matter whether the physical boundary is strict or loose,it will not affect the cooperation between families and schools.In view of the existence of three dimensional boundaries between parents and teachers in reality,the author gives Suggestions from three aspects of social boundary,psychological boundary and physical boundary to clarify the three dimensional boundaries between parents and teachers,make the social boundary and psychological boundary between parents and teachers strict,and further promote the smooth cooperation between families and schools.At the social boundary level,the additional responsibility of teachers should be "systematically abandoned";Strengthening and improving family education legislation to clarify the boundaries of parental responsibility;Maintain constant communication and trust between parents and teachers.At the psychological boundary level: reduce the role of parents and teachers expectations,give life care;Family education and school education should share the same goal.At the physical boundary level: the key to parent-teacher collaboration in space and resources is "peer" and "peer".
