Under The Strength Perspecetive,the Practic Exploration Of Social Work Involves In The Rehabilitation Of Children With Mild Autism

Autism can be called autism again,it is a kind of generalized developmental disorders.Interact in the behavior,language,and communication are defected.According to different degree of disorder,autism can be divided into four levels: the normal,mild abnormal,moderate and severe abnormal.With the rapid development of education,economic take-off,and environmental pollution,autism is more and more serious,such as a variety of reasons,there are more and more children with autism,also has caused the great attention of the whole society.Psychiatry,medicine,pedagogy,psychology,sociology and other disciplines has carried on the exploration and research on the depth of autism.Intervention pattern varied also.However social work has been neglected in "practice".This paper from the perspectives of advantage,using qualitative research methods,including literature research,field observation and interview method,to research the concrete applications in the mild autistic children rehabilitation.To better achieve intervention,in the process of intervention,the author will also be clever union case work and group work.The author first through analyzing and finishing the date of current predicament and advantages which from multiple visits and interviews,and setting interventional targets and plan;Then through involving with the external environment of director respectively,to perfect egotism external support and internal individual factors to enhance the director resilience.Finally,according to the case after the tracking feedback and the evaluation of the intervention process,it is concluded that social workers can appropriate using advantage perspective theory to steping in the mild autistic children rehabilitation work and can obtain good result.At the end of this article,the author refelects the shortcomings of the process of the intervention,and puts forward the suggestions for improvement.
