The autism spectrum disorder is a unique developmental disorder.The number of children with autism is increasing every year,but the number of those who can receive formal rehabilitation training is still small.At present,the social awareness of autism is very low,and professional autism rehabilitation institutions are very lack.Faced with the long-term and particularity of autism,this group is excluded from the normal life due to the deviation of traditional public concepts,the lack of professional support system and education.Children with autism need more support and care from society.Social work has been involved in children's social welfare and service.The participation of social work in rehabilitation services for autistic children can not only complement and improve some social work intervention methods.And can enrich and broaden the development of social work in children's social work.This paper uses the literature method and the participatory observation method to analyze the current problems and deficiencies of children with autism.The core goal of social work is to help people self-help.In the process of rehabilitation services for autistic children,social workers should help children with autism familiar with the surrounding social environment and correct their repetitive stereotypes,hyperactivity,paranoia,etc.behavior.Use social work methods and practical skills to intervene in the rehabilitation services of children with autism,sum up experience throughout the service process,explore new models and effective methods and techniques.Help autistic children improve their ability to survive and achieve social integration.Based on the in-depth understanding and analysis of the rehabilitation training of autistic children in Xi'an Special Education Center,first collect the literature and materials related to the research topic,and analyze the feasibility of this topic.Then,through participatory observation,we collect first-hand information about the main problems of children with autism,and understand the life of autistic children,the predicament of autistic children and families,the relationship between school systems,and the various elements of the community.Intervention methods for children with autism.Based on the theory of the system and the theory of needs,on the basis of school education,family education is developed to train children with autism in self-care ability.Interventions were carried out using a combination of case and group models,and autistic children with homogeneity were intervened by group activities,and the difficulties of group members were observed and recorded in the group work.The one-to-one counseling method is used to guide the inappropriate behaviors correctly,and then the in-depth training of the correct behaviorslearned by the team members is carried out in the group activities.Through the use of case and group social intervention,the family is assisted to formulate service plans and rules according to the client's own characteristics,to guide parents to carry out family education,to make up for the lack of school education,and to achieve the goal through a series of interventions..The main task of the group is to use the relevant assessment scale to evaluate the effect of group activities on the client.Compared with the results of the pre-test,it is found that children with autism have different degrees of language ability,interpersonal skills,and self-care ability.The degree of improvement,the existing problems have also been effectively alleviated.This study draws the conclusion that family education for children with autism is very important,and case work is more advantageous in the rehabilitation services for children with autism.In view of the existing problems of autistic children,social workers need to provide diversified services,establish connections between families,schools and the society,strengthen the construction of social work talent team,and provide professional services for autistic children.
