| Objective:To investigate the effect the plyometric training on the special speed agility performance of the junior tennis plyers.Research method:This paper used literature data method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,Sixteen junior tennis athletes of fujian province as the experimental object.The subjects incomplete randomly divided into plyometric training group(n = 8;PG)and the control group(n = 8;CG).After the intervention of plyometric training six weeks,using smartspeed segmented timing system measured Lower limbs different direction of power 3 items: Forward standing long jump(FSJ),Left standing long jump(LSJ),Right standing long jump(RSJ);Short distance speed indicators: 5 meters sprint(5R),10 meters sprint(10R),20 meters sprint(20R).Special speed agility performance : left sliding and turn to the sprint(LTR),right sliding and turn the sprint(RTR),left shuttle run(LSR),right shuttle run(RSR),forward and backward run(FBR),spider run(SR),Hexagon agility test(HT).Results:(1)LSJ and RSJ have significantly in PG compare with CG after the experiment(P<0.05).FSJ of PG did not have significant difference compare with CG(P>0.05).FSJ and LSJ have significantly higher in BG after the experiment(P<0.01).(2)5R and 10 R have significantly in PG compare with CG after the experiment(P<0.05),20 R of PG did not have significant difference compare with CG(P>0.05).5R and 10 R have significantly higher in BG after the experiment(P<0.01).(3)LTR,RST,LSR,RSR,FBR,SR and HT have significantly in PG compare with CG after the experiment(P<0.05).LTR,RST,LSR,RSR,FBR,SR and HT have significantly higher in BG after the experiment(P<0.05).(4)Lower limbs different direction of power and special agility ability index correlation analysis,the power indicator FSJ,LSJ,RSJ,FBR and its corresponding direction on the special sensitive index,LTR,RST,LSR,RSR related(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Plyometric training g has different effect on the short sprint distance.It has higher improvement in 5 meters and 10 meters sprint.But it does not has significant effect on the 20 metres sprint.(2)Plyometric training has a significant effect on improving the agility of junior tennis players.(3)Lower limbs explosive in the different direction to improve is special agility ability to improve an important factor. |
