Economic development,convenient transportation,urban and rural integration process to speed up,many farmers have the land to get rid of the existing status quo,an effort to the influx of large cities,they are eager to live on the city people to see Bustling city,experience modern life.But the brutal reality so that they are difficult to accept the pressure of life and the expectations of urban life,in love golden age of the new generation of migrant workers urgently need to solve their mate problem,the current situation,a single choice path,social interaction awareness is not Strong and urban integration is not the main problem they face.From the beginning of the eighties of last century,"migrant workers tide" later,now,80,90 after the birth of people,become the mainstream of today's society,migrant workers also carried out replacement changes,the author of 18 to 30 years old Migrant workers called "new generation of migrant workers".The new generation of migrant workers to the city,as water is as important as human beings,they hide in every corner of the city,though inconspicuous,but play an important role.However,the change of social structure in China has led to a series of new generation of migrant workers,so our generation attaches great importance to,and in the Central No.1 document point out that” to take targeted measures to focus on solving the new generation of migrant workers.” In this paper,we use the theoretical analysis method,the semi-structured interview method and the SPSS data analysis method to make the basic research on the new generation peasants in L county.Among the 202 valid questionnaires and the 12 interviewees,they understood their influencing factors in the spouse path and found the problem for the survey.This part is divided into six parts,the first part is the question put forward,including the research background,research content,research significance,research methods and research ideas;the second part is the literature research and theoretical perspective;The third part focuses on L County Cenozoic peasant The fourth part of the problem to find out the reasons for its analysis;the fifth part of the proposed countermeasures and social work intervention strategy;the sixth part is the conclusion.
