Study On The Relationship Between The Social Capital And The New Generation Migrant Workers City Into

The new generations of migrant workers have become the main force of migrantworkers. The relevant survey shows that the total number of the new generation ofmigrant workers has reached89million. Compared with the first generation of migrantworkers, the new generation of migrant workers have been some new features, Such asquality improved, more recognition of the city, more strongly leaving the city wishes.While the new generation of migrant workers grew up and accompanied graduallyunder the background of tolerance of the policy and eventually settled down. Thepurpose of the development of new generation of migrant workers is greater than thepurpose of survival in cities. However, in the context of the pace of urbanization fall inthe demand for migrant workers, the social capital play important role in integration inurban. Social capital determines the extent and level of integration. So researching therelationship between the social capital and the new generation of migrant workers hasvery important significance.In this study, I investigated the situation of the crucial and the social capital of thenew generation of migrant workers in R region of the D city, with the observation anddepth interviews, according to the theory of social capital. The study found that therelationship between the social needs and its provided is imbalance. I analyzed detail thereal capital how to play role in integration in urban. Finally, I propose the suggestionthat optimize the social capital and promote the generation of migrant workersintegration into urban.
