Skipping can effectively train the body’s physical fitness, is a physical and mental health for the purpose of promoting the sport. By measuring different frequencies, different combinations of skipping when intermittent energy consumption, weight women college students of different energy consumption characteristics and laws of physical activity during this time skipping, skipping some suitable combination of intermittent frequency design effective intermittent skipping combinations for different weight women college students skipping exercise provides scientific guidance.Methods:In this study, K4b2 portable gas analyzers, measuring 24 skipping (60 beats/min,80 beats/min at different frequencies between 20-25 years old healthy female college students,100 beats/min,120 beats/min,140 beats/min), as well as different combinations of intermittent skipping (jumping lmin, rest 30s, a total of five groups; jump lmin, break lmin, a total of five groups; jump lmin, rest 2min, a total of five groups; jump 2min, rest 30s, a total of five groups; jump 2min, break 1min, a total of five groups, jumping 2min, rest 2min, a total of five groups) of energy consumption, the analysis of different weight, frequency, intermittent combination of energy consumption characteristics.The result:1, In 60,80,100,120,140 times/minute frequency during skipping the average energy consumption per minute, respectively:5.43 Kcal/min,7.47 Kcal/min,11.64 Kcal/min, 11.33Kcal/min,13.76Kcal/min.2, In the design of the six combinations of skipping intermittent exercise, intermittent sustained 1min 30s, 1min,2min, sustained 2min, intermittent 30s, 1min,2min combination skipping when the average energy consumption were 11.00Kcal/min,8.02Kcal/min, 6.25Kcal/min,12.26Kcal/min,9.28Kcal/min,7.96Kcal/min.3,60,80,100,120,140 beats/minute skipping five frequency, the low weight group average energy consumption were 4.56Kcal/min,6.16Kcal/min,10.05Kcal/min,10.22Kcal/ min,12.03Kcal/min; normal weight energy per minute respectively 4.97Kcal/min, 6.69Kcal/min,10.32Kcal/min,10.43Kcal/min,12.10Kcal/min; overweight energy per minute respectively 6.91Kcal/min,8.86Kcal/min,12.64Kcal/min,12.55Kcal/min, 14.86Kcal/min; six in the design combination of intermittent skipping exercise, continued intermittently 1min 30s, 1min,2min, continued 2min, intermittent 30s, 1min, When 2min combination skipping, the average energy consumption of low weight group were 7.47Kcal /min,7.32Kcal/min,5.12Kcal/min,9.83Kcal/min,8.96Kcal/min,8.02Kcal/min; normal weight average energy consumption were 8.36Kcal/min.7.31Kcal/min,5.98Kcal /min,11.76Kcal/min,10.15Kcal/min,9.35Kcal/min; average energy consumption were overweight 10.53Kcal/min,9.75Kcal/min,7.38Kcal/min,14.69Kcal/min, 12.53Kcal/min,11.28Kcal/min.In conclusion:1,60 times/minute skipping frequency belongs to a small amount of exercise,80,120 beats/minute skipping frequency moderate movement Amount,100,140 beats/minute skipping frequency is great exercise.120 beats/min frequency of skipping the energy consumption is relatively high, the movement subjective feeling better, less the number of interrupts rope for female university student health is better, it is appropriate exercise load intensity, can be thought of college students aerobic exercise more appropriate frequencies.2, The same duration, the combination of intermittent 30s, the large amount of exercise, the average energy consumption, subjective feeling tired, often interrupted rope more; the same interval of time, sustained 2min skipping a combination of large amount of exercise, the average energy consumption, subjective feeling tired, the number of interrupts rope more. Normal weight group of female college students suitable for continued 1min, the combination of intermittent 30s, or continue 2min intermittent 1min combination.3, Different frequency skipping, for overweight, the 60,80 beats/min skipping frequency of moderate exercise,100,120,140 times/minute skipping frequencies, is great exercise. Overweight for small and medium-intensity exercise, the use of 80 beats/min frequency skipping neither easy nor feel tired, and can consume relatively large number of small interruption rope.4, Different intermittent exercise combination skipping, using 120 beats/minute frequency, for overweight, the continuous lmin intermittent 30s and continued 2min intermittent 30s both skipping combination is great exercise. Continued lmin, intermittent lmin skipping a combination of small and continuous 2min, skipping a combination of intermittent 2min of moderate exercise, the average energy consumption is relatively high, fatigue lighter interrupted rope times. Overweight female students appropriate to adopt moderate intensity intermittent combination recommended continued lmin intermittent lmin or sustained 2min intermittent 2min both intermittent combinations.
