Objective:The purpose of this study:using a heart rate joint acceleration motion sensor-Actihearttotest65schoolgirls (aged9-11) energy expenditure during daily physical activities, and to compare Actiheart three different model predictive accuracy of several kinds of common physical activity energy expenditure; Analysis of9to11years old girls exercise energy consumption level of different age groups. Three prediction model energy consumption data of export are:1.Only use acceleration(ACC) model to predict;2.Only use the heart rate(HR) model to predict;3.The use of joint acceleration model to predict.The study of schoolgirls aged9-11common physical activity levels, accumulate data for the activity evaluation youth activity level in our country the status quo, for promoting adolescent growth growth provides effective scientific basis. Subjects and methods:Select part of Shanghai schoolgirls aged9~11years old.With a total of65people, including24,22,19people at the age of9,10,11, respectively. Sample is mainly composed of primary school is grade3, grade4and grade5. Experiment lasted for3months. Research methods adopted questionnaire survey method, experimental method. Test project:resting state the basic morphological indexes,20minutes,4minutes and33seconds GuangBoCao testing and25minutes to run tests. Data in JMP10, SPSS18.0and MedCalc v11software to complete.Results:Examined across all activities,Actiheart ACC, HR, and HR+ACC produced estimates that were less than the criterion by36%,26%,11%.According to the Data analysis showed that age girls aged9-113km/h-7km/h energy consumption (kacl/min) were2.37,2.710.65mm,0.650.66mm+/-0.78,4.32,5.591.37mm,1.51mm broadcast gymnastics power consumption within the scope of4.23+/-1.18kcal/min, physical activity value with the increase of intensity and energy consumption growth; Look from the movement speed, all age groups all showed increasing trend with the increase of velocity. On the broadcast gymnastics,9-11years old age group calisthenics energy consumption increasing trend.In terms of age, in addition to the10years old age group in the3km/h on the energy consumption is below9years old age group and11years old age group, the movement speed on the energy consumption values are increased along with the increasing of age.9-11years old age group at speed of7km/h are different in energy consumption.Conclusion:Combining exercise with heart rate acceleration motion sensor can be evaluated effectively in China youth daily physical activity levels of energy consumption; In three different mode, heart rate measured value, accuracy higher acceleration mode, but in the evaluation of resting or activity was lower movement should be considered when the error; Built by energy consumption equation could better predict energy consumption value of the China youth daily physical activity; China youth daily physical activity level was lower than those of international comparison, the teenagers lack of physical activity, attaches great importance to it.
