The Study On The Integration Of College Moral Education And Legal Education

The integration of college moral education and legal education is an important part of the quality education for college students,beneficial not only to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students and the moral quality and legal quality of our citizens,but also to the comprehensive and strategic development of the rule of law.At present,great progress has been made in the integration of college moral education and legal education.But there are still some problems.For example,the curriculum design in college moral education and legal education is imperfect;teachers fail to give sufficient guidance to college students when integrating moral education and legal education;college students are not fully aware of the necessity of cultivating their own moral and legal qualities.To solve those problems,it is necessary to learn from the advanced experiences of foreign countries,to exploit the potentials of the teachers and the courses in education and teaching practice,and to combine classroom teaching with school practices.Only in this way can teachers become more competent in the integration process of moral education and legal education,relevant teaching practices become richer and more flexible,college students become more active in learning related courses,the cooperation of school,family and society become more effective and ultimately thegoal of developing college students' moral and legal qualities be reached.
