Chinese Communist Party eighteenth Fourth Plenary Session "Decision", the construction of Chinese socialist legal system characteristics, and building a socialist country ruled by law, we must uphold the rule of law and by virtue of combining. This is to promote the rule of law must grasp a basic principle is that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental long-term development plan.The rule of law and to Morals combined with good citizens need to develop the rule of law and a large number of high moral qualities. This requires ideological and political education to do Legal Education and Moral Education in fusion work. Comb from the theoretical level clearly their meaning and moral law, rule of law and moral education as well as differences in educational content, teaching methods, educational function. Although in many ways the two are different, but they are not separated from each other, independent of the individual, under the premise of mutual lack of rule of law and moral education permeate each other, complement each other, to become perfect individual value system of two indispensable elements. Especially in Northwest Minority Areas in the historical background, economic development, religious and cultural aspects as compared with other regions demonstrated significant differences, from hardware to education in the area of educational software gave the Law Students' Education and Moral Education brings some complexity and difficulty. Thus, the process in the Northwest Minority Areas Students' Law and moral education should pay attention to the integration of universality and particularity, inclusion and contradictory, and mandatory principle of unity consciousness. This has important practical significance for the cultivation of minority college student comprehensive development and building a harmonious campus and the rule of law.Therefore, to promote the integration of Northwest Minority Areas Students' Legal Education and Moral Education, should be specific attention to the following three aspects: Based on the practical needs of socialist core values of lead and the rule of law area, virtue; and based on the study and education of cultural heritage and values concise; focus on family education, edification and personal character improvement.
