Under the background of educational reform,Many schools and subjects carried out exploration and practice on Experience and Insight Teaching,and accumulated useful experience.However the current academic research on Experience and Insight Teaching in Morality and Rule of Law is less,the pertinence is not strong,the lack of systematic theory guidance will affect the effect of Experience and Insight Teaching.This research is carried out to enhance the effectiveness of Experience and Insight Teaching in Morality and Rule of Law in Junior Middle School and promote theory development of Experience and Insight Teaching.Through consulting and carding relevant research about Experience and Insight Teaching at home and abroad,mainly reflected in the literature review and theoretical basis of Experience and Insight Teaching,such as Marx’s Philosophy,establishing the starting point of research of Experience and Insight Teaching in Morality and Rule of Law.Using interviews and questionnaire survey,investigating and analysising the current application of Experience and Insight Teaching in Morality and Rule of Law,find out the following problems in the application of Experience and Insight Teaching in the middle school,Emphasize the knowledge standard,heavy knowledge,light of life experience and so on.The causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects: the teachers,the students and the evaluation standards.On the basis of investigation and research,combined with Morality and Rule of Law of junior high school,try to build the implementation program of the Experience and Insight Teaching:the realization of pre-preparation stage,implementation stage in the understanding and reflection stage understanding.Take Morality and Rule of Law grade seven unit fifth “went into the community”as an example,in-depth analysis the implementation program of theExperience and Insight Teaching which has strong operability.It enhances the effectiveness of Experience and Insight Teaching in practice.According to the problems of Experience and Insight Teaching that found by questionnaire,interview and investigation,put forward the implementation strategy of Experience and Insight Teaching in morality and law of junior middle school:follow the teaching principles,including students Self-awareness combined with teachers guide,knowledge,ability,unity of emotion teaching goal,unity of default and generate class the students;change of ideas of students and teachers,pay attention to understanding the type of teaching and learning;the integration of curriculum resources,rich experience;improve the evaluation mechanism,measure the effect of understanding;reflective understanding of classroom,understanding the optimization strategy.
