Morality and rule of law in junior high school is an important basic course of moral education in junior high school.It has important guiding significance for the overall mental health quality development and personality growth of junior high school students.After the new curriculum reform,junior high school "Ideological and moral" course was changed to junior high school "morality and rule of law" course,reducing more text theory,relatively adding pictures and cartoons reflecting social phenomena and exploring and discussing issues close to students' real life,which has become more novel as a whole.The textbook "morality and rule of law" in junior high school highlights humanistic education and innovative practice education,and emphasizes the special value of moral practice in curriculum construction.The characteristics of junior high school "morality and rule of law" course not only need to pay attention to the curriculum practice itself,but also need to pay attention to the connection between the curriculum and social practice.Practical teaching can well connect the two.During the internship,the author found that the effect of practical teaching method in the classroom is not ideal,there are some problems in the application of practical teaching,such as unclear concept,single teaching form,etc.,which does not play its due role in the classroom.This paper puts forward some opinions on the problems existing in the implementation of practical teaching in the course of morality and rule of law.In this paper,literature analysis,interview,observation as the main research methods,first from the practical teaching theory concept is discussed,the domestic and foreign practical teaching research theory is summarized.Through teaching practice,we can observe the classroom teaching experience of professional teachers,and face-to-face interviews with teachers and students,find out the problems in the implementation of practical teaching,and find out the reasons combined with relevant data and literature analysis,and put forward reasonable and effective strategies combined with the problems and reasons,which has certain reference significance for the better implementation of practical teaching in the junior high school "morality and rule of law" course ?This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the problem and research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods and research difficulties.The second part is the theoretical interpretation,including the connotation and characteristics of practical teaching,the theoretical basis of practical teaching.The third part is the significance of the practical teaching of morality and the rule of law.The fourth part is the current situation and existing problems of practical teaching.Through interviews with teachers and students and observation of the classroom,this paper finds that there are some problems in the implementation of practical teaching,such as insufficient attention paid to "morality and the rule of law",single practical teaching method,not obvious practical teaching effect and single evaluation method.The fifth part is the reasons for the problems in practical teaching,mainly including: Teachers' outdated teaching concept,students' single understanding of the course of morality and the rule of law,teachers' lack of practical teaching ability,inadequate preparation of teachers' practical teaching,and imperfect evaluation mechanism of practical teaching.The sixth part is the implementation strategy of practical teaching of moral and legal course in junior high school.This paper puts forward countermeasures to the existing problems: first,change teachers' teaching concept;second,improve teachers' practical teaching ability;third,improve teaching evaluation system;fourth,improve practical teaching system.
