Research On Social Work Services Of Improving The Resistance Of Left-behind Children

In recent years,left-behind children have been the focus of national,social and scholars.In 2016,the state has issued relevant policy documents for these children,which are devoted to promoting the participation of social work in the work of left-behind children.There are many social work services for left-behind children,what are these social work services?How does social worker use professional knowledge and skills to carry out related services?What are the shortcomings?How to more effectively promote resilience into the left-behind children's service?These are the questions that I want to explore.This article is about the investigation and study of the project for caring left-behind children in PingJiang county.It mainly through the literature research,case study,interview and participatory observation.To understand the psychological behavior of left-behind children,analysis the service method and content of this project,reflect the lack of service,summarize and enhance the experience of social work services for caring left-behind children and make relevant suggestions on the social work services related to left-behind children.The study found that this project not only promoted the growth of children,but also diversified the service method and service system.Accumulated an effective service experience.In addition,the project process also found some shortcomings.Mainly reflected in the service content is not systematically,the lack of specific assessment criteria;Teachers,parents,community participation is not high;Social workers lack professional knowledge and experience related to left-behind children.In this regard,I made relevant recommendations from the content and methods of the two aspects.In terms of service content,I suggest the resilience as a service theme,and attention to the role of the game.In terms of service method,I advocate the integration of methods and system integration.Make school social work and community social work combined.On the whole,the author puts forward the internal and external protection factors from the left-behind children.To build an integrated delivery system for left-behind children services.Improve the resistance of left-behind children.In addition,social workers themselves have to strengthen their expertise in the field of left-behind children,making services more professional and effective.
