With the rapid growth of economy and the flying progress of society,China's modernization, industrialization and urbanization are also accelerating the development process, which lead to more and more rural labor force flowing into the city. Not only the problem of a large number of rural labor into the city, but also the problem of "left-behind children" has to be paid special attention to.In recent years, more efforts has been made on the study of left-behind children. As a result,left-behind children,a special group, has caused wide public concern.Parents working in big cities and leaving their children in villages have a particularly negative effect on their children's lives, school studies, and psychological developments. In the past few years, children committing to suicide has been reported frequently, which shows the vulnerability of left-behind children. The challenges these left-behind children have to face, their abilities to cope with these challenges and adversities, and the methods to enhance their ability and help them get out of their dilemmas, these are the contents of this study.First of all,we find seven left-behind children in grade four and five as samples randomly and know their difficulties in study, psychology and their needs in external supports by interviews.Secondly,we find the resilience gap between left-behind children and non-left-behind by analyzing the resilience scale based on a questionnaire survey on students in grade four and five.Left-behind children have worse resistance than those non-left-behind and they have lower internal and external protective factors. Finally, our teacher will recommend some members to participate in the anti-stress promotion.Guided by Advantage Perspective and Resistance to help them overcome those difficulties in study and life,we use the resistance training method in group work to develop children's advantages and raise their resistance from perspective of efficacy, optimism, attribution so that they can improve their self-confidence,affirm their self-worth and have strong external supports. The study eventually found that the intervention of social work guided by theories of Advantage Perspective and Resistance are feasible to improve the child care environment. At the same time,we also found that it's a more efficient way to improve resilience of left-behind children with joint efforts of individual, family, school and community.
