Class and grade are the basic unit of the school and also the most basic organization of the school administration.The class needs to be managed so as to the class activities can be carried out.In the deepening of education and teaching reform,the implementation of quality education today,primary school grade class management has achieved some results.However,there are some problems,so we need to find a suitable strategy for class management in lower grades of primary school.Taking M primary school in Xinxiang city as an example,this paper mainly uses literature,questionnaire and interview research methods.From the class organization management,class daily management,class activities management,class management power of the four aspects of the status was investigated.The study found that there are some problems in the class management of the lower grades,such as the one-sided goal of class management,the lack of students' self-management,the incomplete content of class management,the absolute rights of the head teacher,the lack of management power of the teachers and parents.Then from the school,head teacher,teachers,parents,students,these five levels,analysis of the primary school grade class management problems.In view of the problems existing in the class management of lower grades in primary schools,the corresponding solutions are proposed.The school level should construct the scientific school class and grade management work appraisal system,and improve the management measures of the head teacher team.The class teacher level should improve the class management ability,and create democratic and equal class atmosphere,at the same time organize rich class activities,and create multiple opportunities to participate in class management.Parents should support class management and cooperate with teachers actively to carry out activities.Students should enhance the concept of collectivism and strengthen the construction of class cadres. |
