Beginners in play,they are the most fundamental purpose is to hit the ball,make its network and fell on the floor,but many tennis enthusiasts discovered in learning tennis tennis learning is difficult,usually the result of,this is due to beginners think fast ball,jump high,and standard tennis to judge and moving the ball ball high accuracy requirements,a beginner you need to spend a lot of time and energy to master the timing and location and adjust the footwork,therefore increase the difficulty of the early learning tennis.Plus,in the process of beginning teaching to pursue comprehensive,beginners within the limited teaching hours is too much,the technique of single and teaching means,make the mistake,pick up the ball,less round,unstable phenomenon,and to measure the stability of the shot is hitting the network number.This research according to the problems in practical teaching,try to use two kinds of teaching means,this paper compares and analyzes quick start,to find a more suitable for beginners to improve stability,play a more sustained rally.This research mainly uses the method of teaching experiment to TongLiang area the old county middle school grade seven 48 students as the subjects,students were randomly divided into experimental group 24 people,the control group,24 people,experimental teaching means,using a portfolio in the control group using a single teaching means,and 16 weeks after the teaching experiment of two kinds of teaching means to improve the stability,this paper compares and analyzes the experiment after the test index for master action in slightly in the early stages of different areas to hit the ball net number test;Testing in different areas of the correction of errors and corrective action phases;The number of batting is tested in different areas of the consolidation and improvement of the action phase.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Both teaching methods can improve the stability of a beginner's bat,but the combination of teaching methods is better than a single teaching method.2.Found in the analysis of different learning phase,two master action in slightly in the early stage of the faculty to hit the ball over net number is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),combination teaching method can decrease the difficulty of beginners tennis learning introductory and combination of teaching methods in different stages of learning to hit the ball across the net most times.3.In areas of different shot analysis found that both teaching group is in the front area stability,best midfield zone,the bottom area of the worst,and the combination of teaching means to hit the ball across the net most times in different regions.4.In stability analysis found that the forehand and backhand shot slightly to master action at the beginning of phase two is faculty have good stability in the backhand forehand,the rest of the learning phase two is the backhand faculty have good stability in forehand,and combination of teaching methods is better than a single teaching means the stability of the forehand and backhand shot.
