Tennis as one of the most popular sports in the world, more and more loverscontinuously improve the level of technology and tactics, in order to achieve higher level oftechnical standards. Including three tennis technical rating standard, namely NTPR, ITN,professional technology level standards in China, the world many countries have adopted theUnited States NTPR tennis technical grading standard, ITN tennis technical grading testsystem is gradually popularized in the world, our country on athletes using level of evaluationis based on China’s professional and technical standards.Three tennis technology have difference between each grade, their common ground:professional athletes and amateur tennis player to be able to according to the evaluationcriteria to assess their own tennis technology level, has a relatively objective evaluationcriteria. Differences: NTPR established evaluation criteria from experience and theoreticallevel, to the actual test, ITN both have theory evaluation criteria, and has its own test system,Professional technical level standards in China at present is only suiTab. for young athletes, inthe sports department achieve good grades and ranking, are eligible to apply for the athletelevel, its use scope is smaller.This article in-depth study ITN tennis level standard, the test content includes:(1) is,bottom line backhand shot depth test (full score90points),(2) positive and backhand volleydepth test (full score72points),(3) is, bottom line backhand precision test (full score84points),(4) serve precision test (full score108points),(5) mobile ability test (full score76points), the total score of430points. The entire test to reflect the accuracy, stability andstrength, as far as possible according to the total score to assess ITN grade, including men’sand women’s different evaluation criteria.The whole test to reflect the accuracy, stability and strength, and finally to ITN ratingaccording to the total score, the men and women of different evaluation standard. Through theapplication and effect of ITN rank test, in the teaching of college experiment proved that:(1)ITN level testing is improved obviously effect on the positive, backhand groundstroke depth,(2) ITN level testing is improved obviously effect on it, the backhand volley depth,(3) theITN rank test on line, the backhand hitting accuracy is improved obviously effect,(4) the ITNrank test to serve accuracy is improved obviously effect,(5) and ITN rank test for the mobileability to improve the effect of general. Conclusion:(1) the ITN level raised the student tennis technology level, promote thenormative technical action,(2) familiar with ITN international tennis level test content, basicmastered the test procedures,(3) ITN level to promote the enthusiasm of students andclassroom discipline,(4) improved the school tennis sports resource utilization, increase thetennis atmosphere.Suggestions:(1) strengthen the technical success rate and aggressive training battingstability,(2) to improve the cooperation of the students the ITN grade tests,(3) to set ahigher goal, to strengthen the technical and tactical proficiency,(4) increase the the ITNgrade test equipment investment,(5) focus on girls tennis development.
